Italian Cheese Fonduda

What You’ll Need

  • 2 sliced french baguettes

  • 1 cup of sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 1/2 packages of sliced provolone (cut into slices)

  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons romano cheese

    INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  • Arrange baguettes on baking sheet and cover with foil

  • Combine sour cream, thyme, red pepper, cayenne pepper, and four cheeses in a large mixing bowl and stir.

  • Transfer into square casserole dish.

  • Bake 15 minutes.

  • Bake bread for 5-7 minutes, or until browned.

  • Serve.
