Italian Cheese Fonduda
What You’ll Need
2 sliced french baguettes
1 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 packages of sliced provolone (cut into slices)
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons romano cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Arrange baguettes on baking sheet and cover with foil
Combine sour cream, thyme, red pepper, cayenne pepper, and four cheeses in a large mixing bowl and stir.
Transfer into square casserole dish.
Bake 15 minutes.
Bake bread for 5-7 minutes, or until browned.
Serve.
