Mexican Corn Dip

What You’ll Need

  • 2 tablespoons chives

  • 3 cans of corn

  • 3 chopped jalapeños

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup cotija (or parmesan cheese)

  • 1 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese

  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

    INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients thoroughly, and stir.

  • Cook in slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours, and serve.
