Mexican Corn Dip
What You’ll Need
2 tablespoons chives
3 cans of corn
3 chopped jalapeños
Salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 cup cotija (or parmesan cheese)
1 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients thoroughly, and stir.
Cook in slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours, and serve.
